Excellent City Stay

The location was superb. I was able to easily walk to many key attractions. My room included coffee, tea, and water, a very nice touch. I also received vouchers for cappuccino and croissants at a nearby cafe. The room was very clean. The shower had great water pressure.

The staff were kind and always ready to assist with directions. When I departed, the hotel staff gladly scheduled a taxi for me. This service helped me reach the train station quickly and comfortably.

Breakfast vouchers were provided for a cafe close to the hotel, offering fresh pastries and excellent coffee. It was a convenient way to start each day exploring the city. The food was AMAZING!!!

A small elevator near the stairs made moving luggage easy and stress-free. This was especially useful after arriving by train with heavy bags. It was a very welcomed amenity.

fantastic stay in the heart of it ALL
great view central location helpful host
the location ROCKS. i had a fantastic view overlooking the piazza. it was near major attractions. great bars and restaurants surround the building. it had a lovely vibe. filippo was very helpful! his communication was prompt. he was friendly. he was cute.
the elevator was rather small, so maneuvering luggage required extra care.

breakfast vouchers were given for a nearby cafe. it was a nice surprise. there were also many dining options just outside the building. i found several restaurants with positive reviews.

the room was very nice. the room was also clean. the shower pressure was wonderful. water was replenished daily. complimentary tea and coffee were provided daily which WAS AMAZING.

the staff REALLY helped with luggage storage before check-in. they scheduled a taxi for my departure. that service saved me a lot of time. it ensured a smooth transition TO the train station.
